What we collect
Messages and requests: when you send a form, we store your name, email, WhatsApp number, optional company and country, and your message, so we can reply.
Accounts: if you register, we store your name, email, WhatsApp number, optional company and a securely hashed password (we never store or see your actual password).
Security records: sign-in times and the IP address of account and admin activity, to protect accounts from misuse.
How we use it
Only to answer your requests, manage your account and Buyers Lounge access, and keep the site secure. We do not sell your data, and the site has no advertising or analytics trackers.
Who can see it
Only the Persian Demantoid team members with admin access. Data is stored on our own server; it is not shared with third parties except where required by law.
How long we keep it
Requests are kept while they are useful for your enquiry and our records. You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your data, or to close your account.
Security
Passwords are hashed with scrypt, sessions use secure HttpOnly cookies, all forms are protected against cross-site attacks, and repeated failed sign-ins are blocked.
